Ball weight is 3 lbs 6 oz to 3 lbs 12 oz.  Ball diameter is 4.75 inches to 5.0 inches.  A frame consists of 3 rolls, not just 2, and there are 10 frames per game.  There are 10 pins.  Small children love the manageable ball size and weight.  The game is a challenge for all.  No perfect game (score of 300) has ever been rolled in sanctioned league play (highest ever is 279).  The very best duckpin bowlers average in the 150's.  Expect to score about 60 to 65% of your big ball average.
